Join bread-maker and farmer Lori Smith for an evening of hands-on fun as she returns to Farmview Schoolhouse to offer a more advanced bread-making class.
In this evening workshop, you will enjoy learning the technique for making cinnamon bread and cinnamon rolls, using the same basic recipe, but with different preparation processes. You choose between the two for your take-home product, but you will receive recipes and guidance for both preparation techniques.
It's important to note that in this class, you WILL participate in the dough making process, which will include kneading the dough, and you might want to bring your apron!
