Join jam-maker, bread-baker and farmer Lori Smith for an evening of hands-on fun as she returns to Farmview Schoolhouse to teach the ins-and outs of refrigerator JAM that tastes delicious but does not require processing. The focus for this class will be STRAWBERRIES!
In this evening workshop, you will enjoy learning Lori’s techniques for making a refrigerator jam that will put that summer fruit to the very best use. You will take home one jar of refrigerator jam, Lori’s recipe and new skills for preserving that doesn’t require an understanding of canning procedures.
Simplified jam-making is fun for the entire family!
