You can now book private consultations with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who will provide friendly and private counsel, helping you map out a plan to meet your individual goals.
Sessions will take place at Farmview Market, see schedule below. After your first appointment, all correspondence will happen directly with the Dietitian.
Staci earned a Master’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from UGA and is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She believes in the power of foods to nourish our bodies and the ability of exercise to make us feel our absolute best. Staci teaches that calorie counting, unnecessary food restriction, or guilt around food is not the key to health and uses her expertise to help you fine-tune feasible changes that work for you, your body, and your life. Through her focus on real foods, sustainable exercise, and a peaceful mind, she helps you optimize the key behaviors that truly predict health. She takes a holistic approach to behavior change and works to teach clients how to create habits that fill their plate, calm their mind, and nourishes their body. Staci is passionate about local, real food, a great yoga class, and an iced coffee on a hot summer day.

With all packages, you will receive one-on-one nutrition guidance from Staci. In sessions, Staci works to truly understand your life, so she can strategically help you make changes that are achievable and align with your health goals. With each of her clients, Staci ensures she balances nutrition education with practical tips and tricks to make healthy choices easy.
First-time clients must take part in an introductory session. If you purchase a package this is included in your package price. 1-hour is the necessary amount of time for the dietitian to get your history and the needed information to provide counsel and follow up, if necessary.

This package is perfect for those looking to create habits that promote optimal mental and physical health in the long term. We will dive deep into all aspects of your habits in order to rework the many moving parts of life that impact health choices. As we work together, your past experiences and future plans will guide our sessions to the nutrition and behavior change topics that are most relevant to you. Included with this package are eight sessions, personalized education materials, goal-setting, between-session support, review of food journals, a grocery store walk-through, plus Staci’s “Goals that work for you” workbook.
