Two 14 ounce grass-fed ribeye steaks from Rock House Farm in Leesburg, Georgia. We worked with the University of Georgia’s forage specialists to produce the lushest grasses on our farm that can meet the dietary needs of our animals and provide the best grass-fed flavor for our customers and family to enjoy. In addition to our forage quality, all of our beef is dry aged 28 days to allow for the enzymatic processes to naturally tenderize the meat. Cook on the grill, over the stove, or even sous-vide- we recommend medium rare for optimum juiciness!
