Start your evening with appetizers and a Farmview Schoolhouse class for couples who want to learn how to create a beautiful Valentine’s. Step out of your comfort zone, learn a unique skill and you may learn more about each other and create a memory.
The Make-and-Take Valentine’s Day Bouquet Class is $25 per couple. The class will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. and can be scheduled by itself or as a pre-dinner date night activity.
The main event is a special Valentine’s Day Dinner. Guests will enjoy an upscale chef-prepared meal featuring local dishes, as well as live music by Andy Liechty.

Luna bread course with housemade compound butters
Local greens and spinach salad, with local eggs, mint pesto, balsamic reduction, micro greens and Oliver Farms extra virgin olive oil

Rock House Farm beef carpaccio roll with Asher blue shitake mushroom ragout
Rock House Farm pork tenderloin with pomegranate reduction
Sweet potato puree, Georgia field pea and corn medley
Coastal Georgia Course
Sapelo Island clams, over linguine with a roasted garlic cream sauce
Fennel pollen dusted day boat scallop with country ham and creamed leek sauce
