From the Butcher Shop
In today’s world of instant gratification and easy solutions, the food industry is no different; offering fast, overly processed, preservative rich foods. We find ourselves craving something different. Things that tastes fresh AND delicious. At Farmview Market's butcher shop, we pride ourselves on offering fresh proteins of the highest quality – steaks, ground beef, pork and chicken. And, like all of our produce, our meats are responsibly sourced.
We partner with local farmers and providers, like Springer Mountain Farms, Revere Meat Co., The Boy and The Dog, and many others for our meats and seafood. You might remember Revere from our Grand Opening celebration. The boys were out with a monstrous grill, cooking up some delicious New York Strip for visitors to sample.
One person was overheard saying she was “getting back in line, for the best steak I’ve ever had!” Another said it tasted just like the meat he remembered from his childhood. And, this is something we’re quite proud of. We want to preserve the history of our farming and food production and preparation.
